Juanitos On The Highway Is Moving

Had lunch at Juanitos, on Hwy 5, yesterday and found out they are moving further in the Ejido and the name will be "The Green Burrito". The Green Burrito opened yesterday and Juanitos will not completely shut down until after the San Felipe 250 in early March. Same menu with the addition of a Green Burrito and a couple of other things. Apparently the owners of the current Juanitos Restaurant building are going to go back in the Restaurant Business in March.

To reach the new restaurant from EDR, head south on Hwy 5, past the current location of Juanitos and turn right at the first street past the Church. Go down three blocks and turn left. It is the second lot on the right. There is a sign at the third street pointing left.

I ate at the Green Burrito yesterday. From my limited conversation I got the impression that the waiter "pacco" was opening the Green Burrito and Juan was going to be doing something else.

Is this the same "paco " as in Paco & Miguels?
