There are 3 ways to inform Concord that you have paid your taxes:

1. E-mail/scan a copy to Socorro in the HOA office. socorro.gomez@doradoranch.com.mx

2. Mail a copy to Socorro.

3. E-mail/scan a copy to Christia at Concord. ChristiaBurge@concordservicing.com

Concord is responsible for collecting property taxes for much of the ranch. I recommend you pay locally or on line. It is much less expensive.

I am not looking for discussion here just supplying information.

To find your clave, it's the property tax codes page (convert dol to clave) on the El Dorado web site:

See a balance, using the clave, at:
http://mexicali.gob.mx/apiTesoreria/predial.jsp

There some instructions for that and how to pay online at:

I still wouldn't pay online, because you might not get a receipt, might be double charged, or the payment might not reach your account - all things that have happened to some people, although if you're in the US and not likely to return soon it might be worth the gamble.
