  loveseat and chair (couch has a comfortable fold out sleeper), a recliner,
  ceiling fan and a 30 inch TV with a separate VCR/DVD combo. (For those cold
  winter nights; there is a wood burning stove.)
• House currently has satellite installed for use with either Dish or Direct TV
  service
• Front patio has a sink with tile countertop for outdoor entertaining; as well as
  a ceiling fan and plenty of space for seating, a BBQ and a hammock for those lazy
  days. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after a swim, or just refresh
  yourself
• The patio has a spiral staircase to a rooftop sitting area with beautiful views
  of the sunrises over the Sea of Cortez to the east (the sandy beach is less than
  100 feet away) and the colorful sunsets over the large sand dunes and mountain
  range to the west
• The air conditioner is old but easily keeps the home cool or cold, whichever you
  prefer
• Garage/Laundry Room with shelving and electric washer and dryer. (We currently
  store three scooters and a motorcycle in the garage also.)
• Large parking area adjacent to the garage which can easily accommodate two
  vehicles and also offers the possibility of expansion, if desired

This is a large, 1 1/2 lot space and the fee is $310. mo, which includes city sewage, garbage and 24 hour security.
